The Holiday

Every January at the gym we see the same pattern. Members walk in not feeling like themselves – low energy, off routine, and convinced they’ve “ruined” all their progress over the holidays.

Most of us end up in one of two camps:

  • All-in on treats: “It’s the holidays, whatever, I’ll start in January.”

  • Miserable food rules: “No sugar, no fun, I just need to be stricter.”

Neither one feels good. And neither is very sustainable.

This year, BB5 wants to give you another option.

This is a 5-week 1:1 nutrition coaching program designed for our members who want to:

  • Enjoy their favorite holiday foods

  • Keep (or even build) their progress

  • Stop doing the “I’ll start over in January” cycle

Over 5 weeks, you’ll work 1:1 with Kenzie, our in-house nutrition coach, to

  • Keep your favorite holiday foods in the picture (no cutting everything out)

  • Use 11 cozy, healthier recipes as easy, go-to holiday meals

  • Create a simple holiday plate + party plan so you’re not winging it or going overboard at every event

  • Build realistic habits you can actually stick to when life is busy and cravings hit

The goal?
So you roll into January feeling proud, not in damage-control mode.
